XTICorp is the brain child of Matthew Tiner. While Matt was in College at Northeastern State University , Studying Computer Science and Math, he decide to start a company with his father. This company provided computer repairs and dial up internet to the community of Tahlequah, OK, and its surrounding areas. The company was called Xtreme Internet. One of the many projects the company did was research in community wireless internet , before cellphones could provide unlimited data.

After many years of fixing computer, providing dial-up internet and hosting websites, Matt decided the company should move in a different direction and provide businesses with his companies expertise in managing their systems and becoming more efficient and safer on the web. As companies switch to a more digital format of doing business XTICorp is there to help with the transition. This is when the company was re branded from Xtreme Internet to XTICorp.
